It is also now more compatible with the Environmental Standard, ISO 14001:2004.
We have been certified to ISO 9001 since 1993 and we are proud to confirm that we are now fully certified to ISO 9001:2008.
By adopting this standard, we guarantee that every stage of our business - from early development and all levels of manufacture right through to customer service and customer satisfaction feedback – complies in full with our Quality Manual. Not only that, our compliance can be verified from our process documentation during our regular audits.
